Project & Sales Support Lead (North America)

Role
We are currently seeking a Project & Sales Support Lead to operate at the intersection of Sales and Operations. This role plays a central role in our commercial and executional activities, providing structured sales- and operational support in contact with our clients, while working closely with our dedicated production partners and supplier network. It requires both strong commercial awareness and operational instinct, with a clear hands-on focus on project management, driving initiatives forward, liaise with suppliers and partners to drive execution from concept development to delivery.
Key responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating and executing sales-driven projects from initiation to completion.
Manage communication and coordination with our dedicated supplier network, production partners, and internal departments at our head office in the Netherlands.
Act as a point of contact for customers regarding projects, orders, and logistics, in close collaboration with our customer service and commercial team.
Monitor and safeguard the quality of products manufactured by our suppliers.
Oversee and further develop our product portfolio in North America, maintaining active engagement with product (brand) suppliers on pricing and product samples.
Drive the development of new products and concepts, including packaging solutions.
Responsible for acquiring, coordinating, and shipping product samples to customers.
Qualifications
Experience in the airline industry is a strong plus. If you’ve worked at an airline, caterer, LMP, broker, or supplier within aviation you may be exactly the person we are looking for.
Highly structured and organized, with the ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping the bigger picture and deadlines in sight.
Naturally customer-focused, always willing to go the extra mile, especially when things get challenging.
Experience with sourcing, product development, and logistics is highly appreciated.
A strong sense for food concepts and hospitality, with a keen eye for quality, presentation, and overall customer experience.
Not afraid to roll up
yoursleeves and get things done.Based in the United States or Canada, preferably within reasonable (flying) travel distance from Montreal.
